Data Collection

BrewSurvey helps collect data even when you are offline. All the data will be stored on the device and synced with our server whenever you connect to the internet. It ensures that your data collection process remains uninterrupted, even in challenging connectivity situations.

Offline Surveys

Offline surveys allow you to conduct surveys seamlessly, even without an internet connection. All responses are securely stored on the device and automatically synchronized with our server once you regain connectivity.

How to create?

• To create your offline survey, follow the steps mentioned in point (2) “Create Surveys”.
• Once done, navigate to “Survey Wizard” > “Publish / Share” > Select the device to publish the survey.

Note: To publish offline surveys to a device, that device has to be enrolled in BrewSurvey dashboard.

Online Surveys

With online surveys, you can collect real-time data when you're connected to the internet. Responses are instantly transmitted to our server, providing immediate access to your insights.

How to create?

• To create your online survey, follow the steps mentioned in point (2) “Create Surveys”.
• Once done, navigate to “Survey Wizard” > “Publish / Share” > “Generate link”.

Enrolled & Unenrolled / Associated / Synced Devices

Maintain control over your data collection. Enrolled devices are linked to your BrewSurvey account, ensuring data is associated correctly. Unenrolled devices (also known as associated or synced devices), while capable of collecting data offline, require enrollment to sync and integrate their data with your account.

Enrolling an Android device

You can enroll your Android devices into BrewSurvey dashboard by one the 3 methods explained below.

Method 1: Enrollment using dashboard signup credentials

• To associate an Android device with your BrewSurvey dashboard, download the app from Playstore.
• Select “Sign In”. Login with the same credentials you used while signing up for BrewSurvey dashboard.
• This process associates the device with your dashboard as an “Unenrolled” or “Associated” device.
• To enroll this device, navigate to Billing & Subscriptions > Purchased plan > All details > Add-on device > Enroll from orphan devices.
• Select the devices you want to enroll from the synced device list.
• Your device is now enrolled.

Method 2: Enrollment using Enrollment key

• Download the BrewSurvey app on your Android device.
• Select “Enter Enrollment Key”.
• To get the enrollment key, navigate to Billing & Subscriptions > Purchased plan > All details > Add-on device > Enrollment key.
• Enter the enrollment key on your device and it is enrolled.

Method 3: Enrollment using Enrollment key as password

• Download the BrewSurvey app on your Android device.
• Select “Sign In”.
• Use the email address you used while signing in to the BrewSurvey dashboard. Use enrollment key as the password while entering your sign in credentials.
• To get the enrollment key, navigate to Billing & Subscriptions > Purchased plan > All details > Add-on device > Enrollment key.
• Your device is enrolled.

Enrolling an iOS device

You can enroll your iOS devices into BrewSurvey dashboard by one the 2 methods explained below.

Method 1: Enrollment using dashboard signup credentials

• Select “Sign In”. Login with the same credentials you used while signing up for BrewSurvey dashboard.

• Select “Sign In”.
• Use the email address you used while signing in to the BrewSurvey dashboard. Use enrollment key as the password while entering your sign in credentials.
• To get the enrollment key, navigate to Billing & Subscriptions > Purchased plan > All details > Add-on device > Enrollment key.
• Your device is enrolled.
