1What are limitations of a free trial?
The free trial gives you access to all features of Brew Survey. But the free trial is limited to 5 surveys, 100 responses with the ability to add unlimited device in your account.
2How our monthly billing works?
Brew Survey has a prepaid billing. You pay for the number of device license upfront for a month. For example, if you subscribe to our plan on 17th July for 10 devices, your subscription will be valid till the 17th of August. After that, your subscription gets renewed from the same day, i.e 17th of August.
3Can I add new device licenses at anytime?
Yes. You can add additional device license at any time, we charge for remaining days until next renewal date.
4Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime. After cancellation, your subscription will be valid till last day of that month and you won't be billed again.
5Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?
No. We do not have any contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, your subscription will be valid till last day of that month, but you won't be billed again.
6Do you have a setup cost?
Absolutely not. Our pricing plans do not have any setup fees or hidden gimmicks.
7What payment methods are accepted?
Brew Survey accepts monthly and annual subscription payments by Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
8When I will be charged on the card?
Your card will be charged on the day of your purchase date of every month according to UTC time.
