Plans and Pricing
What is a base plan?
BrewSurvey offers 2 types of base plans – Growth and Business priced at (xxx) respectively, both comprising different features. Once your free trial ends, your subscription will automatically be transitioned into a free plan that does not fall under the category of base plan and has limited feature set. To get a base plan, you need to purchase from “Growth” or “Business” plans billed monthly or annually.
What is a device add-on?
A device add-on is an addition of an offline device to leverage the functionalities of BrewSurvey at full length. This device add-on can be bought at $10 / device / month, once any of the 2 base plans (Growth or Business) is purchased.
How do I enroll (subscribe) a device to the purchased add-on?
Once you have purchased an add-on, think of it as a container. To start using offline data collection features, you still have to assign a device to that container. To add a device, navigate to the “Devices” section in the dashboard. On your device, download the BrewSurvey app from Google Play Store ( for Android) or App Store (for iOS). Use the same login credentials you used while signing up for BrewSurvey to sync the device to the BrewSurvey Dashboard as an unenrolled or orphan device.
Enrolling an Android device
- To associate an Android device with your BrewSurvey dashboard, download the app from Playstore. Login with the same credentials you used while signing up for BrewSurvey dashboard.
- This process associates the device with your dashboard as an “Unenrolled” or “Orphan” device.
- To enroll this device and assign it to an add-on plan, you need an enrollment key.
- To get the enrollment key, navigate to Billing & Subscriptions > Purchased plan > All details > Add-on device > Enrollment key.
- Enter the enrollment key on your device and it is enrolled.
Enrolling an iOS device
- To associate an iOS device with your BrewSurvey dashboard, download the app from App Store. Login with the same credentials you used while signing up for BrewSurvey dashboard.
- This process associates the device with your dashboard as an “Unenrolled” or “Orphan” device.
- To enroll this device and assign it to an add-on plan, you need a dynamic password.
- To get the dynamic password, navigate to Billing & Subscriptions > Purchased plan > All details > Add-on device > Dynamic Password.
- Enter the dynamic password on your device and it is enrolled.
Is there an option to decrease the device slot of an add-on at runtime?
If you want to decrease the device slot of an add-on at runtime, you will need to cancel all the slots from the current purchase and make a fresh purchase with the device slots you need. Once this is done, you can enroll the devices to the purchased add-ons with the same process. We are soon introducing “Modify slots” options to make modifications easier.
How does automatic subscription renewal work?
Automatic renewals happen monthly or annually based on the purchased base plan and add-ons.
