Is there any trial period?

Yes there is a trial period of 14 days. You can perform both online & offline surveys and collect up to 100 responses in your trial.

How do I reset my password?

If you want to reset your password, go to profile section and your account details. At the bottom, you get the option to enter your current password and reset it with a new one
